Judo

The Fudoshin Judo Club (formerly Memorial University of Newfoundland Judo Club) was founded in 1968 by Dr. Yves Le Gal. The club has operated for 40 years and introduced thousands of Newfoundlanders to the sport of judo!

Club President Eileen Parsons welcomes all club members past and recent to get active this year and join us on the mats for the 2016-17 season! We take new athletes on a continual basis and we have coaches solely for new first time Judo athletes. Both competitive and Recreation Training. Dress: Be sure to wear a long sleeve shirt, track pants and no jewelry. Fudoshin also prepares its students for national and international competitions. Have fun learning a new skill and laughing is encouraged. Fudoshin Judo accepts students on a continual basis all year long.
